Short form content post-production · Agencies only
Send us your raw footage, your assets and your style guide. We edit to your rules, you deliver, and your client will never know we exist.
Just ten minutes to give us your direction, and we start working. Your first video is free.
The principle
You do ten things, we do one. You sell, you manage the client, you deliver. We edit, for you.
The problem
A client wants to double their volume next month, or you just closed a new account. You've got the strategy, the shoot and the relationship. For the editing, you've got two usual options, and both cost you time, money and a bit of risk.
It takes weeks to post the job, work through the résumés and get a first usable video. And when they leave, the know-how walks out with them and the whole cycle starts over.
One person, often already booked the week it matters most. You re-explain the style with every new client, and the output changes every time.
The math
Two numbers matter at the end of the month: what you keep, and how long it took. Enter yours, nothing's saved.
Your numbers
The result
The rate follows the number of videos delivered in the month. There is no plan to pick, and the month you send fewer, you pay less.
The service
You send everything you shot, we handle the rest. Every step's in the rate, and there's no extra charge at the end. If you've got the Premiere or After Effects project handy, send it too and your video comes back sooner.
The archive
We don't show the work we do for you, or the work we do for any other agency.
It's about confidentiality, for you and for your clients. The demo happens on your own footage instead: the first video is free.
The trial
Just ten minutes to give us your direction, and we start working. We take one of your clients, fill out your style sheet, and set a date. Then you send us a video you've already published for that client, along with footage you haven't edited yet, and you put the two side by side.
Most agencies never put it on paper: it's in someone's head. We build it with you from what you already publish. The sheet is yours, and you can hand it to any editor even if you never work with us.
Compare
All three work. It mostly depends on your volume and how steady it is month to month.
| Criteria | In-house editor | Freelancer | TacticCuts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consistency video to video | Stable, it's always the same person | Varies from one job to the next | Stable, a lead editor with your style sheet behind them |
| Cost | Around $40,000 a year, salary alone | Variable, renegotiated every time | $39.99 to $54.99 per video |
| Price known before talking to anyone | You have to post a job and negotiate | By quote | Posted on the site |
| Capacity when volume grows | One person, one schedule | One person, often already booked | The team's already there to handle your volume, past 100 videos a month |
| Editing specialists | No, they also handle the rest of your production | Often, yes | Editing is all we do |
| If the person leaves | You start over on every client | You start again with the next one | Nothing changes for you, the second editor on the project takes over |
| Commitment | Employment contract | None | No contract, pay per order |
The process
The assets are what's already in your Drive for that client: intro, outro, banners, vectors, background, B-roll bank. The style guide is the written rules: the fonts, the exact colour codes, how captions are treated, how much B-roll and how often. A published video works as a reference, but you can't pull an exact font or hex code out of an exported MP4, so we need the files. Once per client, not per video. If the guide was never written down, we build it with you and the sheet's yours.
Everything goes into a Drive dedicated to your agency, raw and uncut, straight out of the camera. No pre-editing on your side, no forms to fill out.
Logging, editing, b-roll, grading, mixing, vectors, motion design, captions. Nothing to track on your end, it shows up already checked.
Nothing goes out until you're happy. Tell us what's off and we redo it. Three rounds are included, and that's more than enough once your style sheet is filled out.
You get the final files in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, whatever you need. No watermark, and our name's nowhere in the file.
Pricing
One rate per delivered video, in Canadian dollars. It follows how many you deliver in the month. There's no plan to pick and no minimum to hit.

$54.99
per video
15 to 29 a month

The team's already in place to handle your volume, past 100 videos a month, and the style
sheet keeps the output identical from one editor to the next. Want a dedicated editor on

FAQ
You give us your direction. We fill out your style sheet from a video you've already published, set a date, and we start. There's nothing to prepare before the call.
We don't have a house style, which is exactly what lets us take on yours. The pacing, the motion, the captions, the grading, it's all locked in your style sheet. Fast-cut or clean, heavy on graphics or stripped down, it's set in the sheet. And that goes for any type of project: podcast clips, talking head, interviews, product videos, ads.
No. We deliver the video to you, you deliver it to your client, and we have no contact with them.
The service is built for agencies. More to the point, our terms carry a non-solicitation commitment: we don't approach the end clients we learn about through your assignments, for the relationship and the twelve months after it.
The raw footage, the client's assets, meaning the intro, outro, banners, vectors, background and your B-roll bank, and the style guide, meaning the written rules: fonts, exact colour codes, how captions are treated, how much B-roll and how often. The last two are once per client, after that we have them.
You tell us and we redo it. Three revision rounds are included in the rate. Your client sees no difference from what you usually deliver, and once your style sheet is filled out, the first round almost always does it.
Three to five business days. We agree on the date before we start, so you can promise one to your client. If it's urgent, the 48-hour rush is $25 more per video.
A lead editor assigned to your account, who doesn't change from video to video, and a second editor already on the project. Every video is checked before it goes out.
Start
You've already got the prices, the turnaround and the process. Ten minutes to give us your direction: we fill out your style sheet, set a date, and the work starts.
If it's easier, just dial the number and brief us right away. You'll get the person who runs your account, not a voicemail.
