The answers agencies want before sending a first file. If one is missing, call us and we'll answer it in ten minutes.
What happens during the ten minutes?
You give us your direction. We fill out your style sheet from a video you've already published, set a date, and we start. There's nothing to prepare before the call.
Can you match our style?
We don't have a house style, which is exactly what lets us take on yours. The pacing, the motion, the captions, the grading, it's all locked in your style sheet. Fast-cut or clean, heavy on graphics or stripped down, it's set in the sheet. And that goes for any type of project: podcast clips, talking head, interviews, product videos, ads.
Does my client ever see you?
No. We deliver the video to you, you deliver it to your client, and we have no contact with them.
Do you take direct clients?
The service is built for agencies. More to the point, our terms carry a non-solicitation commitment: we don't approach the end clients we learn about through your assignments, for the relationship and the twelve months after it.
What exactly do I send you?
The raw footage, the client's assets, meaning the intro, outro, banners, vectors, background and your B-roll bank, and the style guide, meaning the written rules: fonts, exact colour codes, how captions are treated, how much B-roll and how often. The last two are once per client, after that we have them.
What if the edit isn't what I wanted?
You tell us and we redo it. Three revision rounds are included in the rate. Your client sees no difference from what you usually deliver, and once your style sheet is filled out, the first round almost always does it.
How long does it take?
Three to five business days. We agree on the date before we start, so you can promise one to your client. If it's urgent, the 48-hour rush is $25 more per video.
Who edits my videos?
A lead editor assigned to your account, who doesn't change from video to video, and a second editor already on the project. Every video is checked before it goes out.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. The rate follows how many videos you deliver in the month, and the month you send fewer, you pay less. There's no subscription and no contract.
Do I keep the rights to my videos?
Your footage and your finished edits stay yours. We claim nothing and reuse nothing.
